Kolmup relies on technical providers that are strictly necessary for the service, including authentication, notifications, mapping, in-app purchases, messaging, or calling. These providers only intervene for service or security purposes.
Data is limited to what is necessary. Sensitive first names, phone numbers, and reports benefit from reinforced protection measures. Temporary public access links are time-limited and purpose-limited.
Kolmup uses some permissions or advertising SDKs only when they are relevant to the experience or the business model. System and platform choices remain applicable. Kolmup public pages do not currently use a dedicated marketing cookie banner.
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection where the law allows it. You can also request portability when it applies. Some actions can be done inside the app, and the rest through the contact listed on this page.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the competent supervisory authority.
This policy may change to reflect the product, its providers, its regulatory obligations, or its security measures. The version in force is published on this page and may also be surfaced in the app.
